Staff Pampering Charity Fundraiser May 2013

Staff Pampering, our annual employee wellness day for health promotion, includes activities to promote employee behaviour and organisational practices for employee health and fitness. We encourage individuals to adopt healthy lifestyles and maximise well-being.

Our goal is to deal with the top workplace stressor  “hypertension” using simple strategies. Staff Wellness Day has been designed to deal with stress whilst other events encourage employees to deal with issues such as nutrition, obesity and smoking cessation. Our previous events are designed to increase productivity, better morale and improve health and fitness levels among employees by adopting a perspective: work and life in balance.

We welcome employees, families and friends of the Royal Brompton Hospital to indulge in stress-release activities, available on the day. Pamper yourself with aromatherapy, release stress with Swedish massage or simply have fun with reflexology foot readings. Also available are Ayurvedic treatments and dietary consultations, eyebrow threading, manicure and pedicure, luxury hand and arm pampers, Reiki therapy, and many more fun filled surprises to reinvigorate you and delight your senses.

We’ve integrated charity fundraising into staff pampering and this year’s event will support the Royal Brompton Hybrid Appeal 2013. Feel good about being generous by participating in the charity event. Top off the day by winning face mask workshop vouchers in a raffle draw!
